SUMMARY

The Sr. HR Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and fulfilling reporting requirements for the organization, including conducting data analysis and maintaining HR systems. Additionally, this role will also be responsible for supporting and maintaining HR technology and data systems for the organization, including HRIS and ATS.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary

    • Generate reports and conduct data analysis using the data stored in various HR systems

    • Create reports and dashboards to present findings and actionable insights to HR leaders and stakeholders

    • Manage regular reporting of data for the organization, ensuring that reports are completed and submitted timely to various stakeholders

    • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness by cleaning and organizing datasets and maintaining HR systems

    • Create, update and maintain HR dashboards for reporting purposes based on department and organization needs

    • Collaborate with HR teams to provide data-driven insights that support strategic initiatives, such as talent acquisition, retention, and training programs

    • Ensures that HR data handling complies with relevant regulations and privacy policies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

    • Continuously refines analytical methods and processes to enhance the quality and relevance of HR insights

    • Serve as HRIS system administrator and manage permissions, access and settings for HRIS users

    • Provide training to HR staff and other employees on how to use the HRIS effectively. This includes helping employees navigate the system, input data correctly, and use self-service features

  • Secondary

    • Serve as representative and liaison between HR, external vendors, and other stakeholders for reporting, HRIS design and implementation projects

    • Collaborates with HR leadership and staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and provides solution implementation support

    • Leverage the capabilities of the HRIS, making workflows more efficient, and reducing manual data entry and paperwork

    • Maintains optimal function of HRIS including, but not limited to: customization, development, application and system upgrades

    • Ensure security, end user access and data integrity across all HR systems

  • Tertiary

    • Support integrating the HRIS and ATS with other systems within the organization to streamline processes and data flow

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills

  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong Analytical and problem- solving skills

  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures preferred

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Experience with database management system (HRIS), PowerBI, and Reporting

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Associates Degree Required

  • 2 – 5 Years of Direct HR Systems, Data Analysis, and/or Reporting experience required

  • 4 – 7 years of Direct Technology,HR Systems, PowerBI, and/orReporting Experience Preferred

 

COMPENSATION

$55,000 – $63,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
