Job Description
I am a short term property manager
I use guesty and xero and stripe
I am looking to simplify my business a bit and its billing
Currently every booking i have runs through guesty.
Guesty is a channel manager for airbnb and [login to view URL]
So in guesty and its api would be every booking made and its value
I would like an invoice made for every booking made a credit note for every refund
i charge based on a percentage of the money i get in for bookings
I would like the invoice auto sent to the owners of the str short term rentals a month after every booking
I would like the right invoice for the right property going to the right owners
I would like the invoice to auto pay by direct debit set up by the owner on their own card
maybe stripe can be used for this
I am used to stripe
If the payment fails i would like the owner to be reminded untill he/she submits a better card
I'm looking for an expert in financial automation to help integrate Stripe with Xero. This integration should streamline my business accounting needs, specifically in the area of invoice creation and transaction tracking. Key functionalities required are:
– Auto invoice generation: Upon any transaction taking place on Stripe, this integration should automatically create corresponding invoices in Xero.
– Transaction tracking: It is crucial to have a real-time synchronization between Stripe transactions and Xero for up-to-date observation and effective management.
In terms of billing, the automated invoice should include:
– Payment details: Corresponding to each transaction, including amount and payment method.
– Customer information: Details from each transaction such as customer name and contact information.
The ideal freelancer for this project would have intensive experience with both Stripe and Xero APIs, proficiency in financial automation, and a good track record of similar projects. A strong understanding of invoicing and transaction tracking is also necessary. I'm after someone who can build a user-friendly, efficient system that will help streamline my finance backend.
