TMS ( Transport Management System ) online platform for transport business

I would like to create an online platform that could manage a exclusive transport business, with sprinters, with google maps kms between points, register known clients and access an API from finances so you can easly add nee company details, after you put in the infos to be able to generate a pdf file or send an email with a pdf file containing either the invoice or the transport order, i would also like to be user fiendly so we could add freight/cargo/loads for example and other user could quote this(give a price in our platform and we decide the owner)
