This position requires being onsite hybrid in Skillman, NJ
Our major Healthcare client is looking for a highly motivated UI/UX Designer to join their Corporate Brand Strategy Design Team for a 6-month consulting assignment, with the possibility of extending. The perfect candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design, to effectively deliver complex design concepts for various audiences.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a hands-on mentality within an agile team as the design lead; translating requirements and requests into experiences that can be piloted, evaluated and iterated upon based on user feedback
- Contribute solutions to an existing design system used across global marketing
- Skilled at identifying and mapping user journeys
- Adhere to standards, guidelines and usability best practices required in a highly regulated health-care environment
- Be skilled in interactive rapid digital prototypes
- Translate business requirements and UX/UI principles into digital experiences that are engaging, intuitive and map to personas, objectives and the unique value propositions that drive the experiment
- Present, explain and clarify design decisions with patience, empathy and eloquence to team members
- Must be able to be an individual contributor that is eager to work in a firsthand capacity
- Conduct remote and in-person research activities (interviews, focus groups, ethnographic studies)
Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in related field
- 7-10 years of experience in UX/UI Design
- Experience in User Research Process and Methodology
- User-Centered Design Principle experience
- Experience with Global Design Systems
- Animation or motion design principles
- Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD (or other related design tool)
- UserTesting, UserZoom, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Dovetail, Maze (or other research testing tools)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and comfortable with ambiguity
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50-60/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable)
