Out Healthcare client has a lot of SEO copy for their .com and they need a designer to be able to take the content and essentially place it into design for stakeholder review & implementation. You will be responsible for producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

Description:
We are looking for a UI/UX designer to join the Digital Experience team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of various digital assets, centered around health care business segment. You will work closely with business, analytics, and accessibility partners to ensure all the elements of online user experience are optimized for usability, usefulness, and best in class visual design.
Responsibilities:
- Investigating user experience design requirements for suite of digital assets.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and components, as well as page layouts for digital assets.
- Planning user testing of UI elements such as CTAs, alert banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for end users.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-7 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Someone who flourishes collaborating with their colleagues but can also manage their workflow independently
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to look at work through the Accessibility lens and have knowledge of accessible design and best practices
- Figma skills are required.
- AEM skills required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge of working for a large, complex client organization
- Skill in health care, insurance, or financial services
- Bonus points for knowing: HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, & Android Design Systems.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Information Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Human Factors or equivalent/relevant work experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $76 to $86 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match
