Our client is seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Designer to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing and directing high-quality, in-product media customer journeys. With a keen expertise across digital, social, AV, and print advertising formats, the ideal candidate will bring top-of-class design benchmarks to every project. This position is for a creative powerhouse with a proven ability to not only design but to also drive and advise creative journeys that align with our brand’s commitment to transparency, privacy, and trust, all while supporting our overarching business objectives.

Responsibilities

Sponsored

  • Creative Leadership: Shape and advise the creative journey across all aspects of our subscription-based products, including marketing, sign-up, management, payment methods, communication, cancellation, and re-engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with talent, creators, designers, engineers, product managers, and executive leadership to collaborate on creative development and ensure alignment on deliverable quality and art direction.
  • Design Excellence: Manage, drive, and deliver visual design work for multiple situations, maintaining an outstanding eye for detail and a sophisticated understanding of what makes content engaging across platforms and audiences.
  • Innovation and Strategy: Develop big ideas that cut through the noise and achieve results, with the ability to articulate and sell these ideas to senior leadership.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Find and develop working relationships with new creative and production vendors, as well as strengthening partnerships with current vendors, to conceive and implement campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of significant experience in design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual and UX design skills.
  • Expertise: Fluency in graphic design, video, animation, UX, prototyping, and storytelling. A deep understanding of UI/UX and product design, with an active pulse on trends in digital marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate concepts and ideas clearly and concisely to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Expert problem-solving skills that are strategically centered, with the ability to thrive and be flexible in a quick-moving, cross-functional environment.
  • Education: BA degree in design or equivalent work experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $78 to $99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
