**Note: This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Dallas, TX area, open to authorized, local candidates**

We are seeking a User Experience (UX) professional to join our client’s team on a contract basis. The UX/UI Designer will be pivotal in designing efficient and user-centric interfaces for both internal and external applications. Ideally, you will have a strong background in UX design methodologies and the ability to collaborate closely with developers to implement cohesive and impactful designs.

What You Will Do:

  • Design intuitive and efficient user interfaces for internal-facing and external-facing applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence across all applications to maintain a unified user experience.
  • Work closely with development teams to oversee implementation and iterate on designs based on feedback.

  • Proven experience in user experience design with a focus on interface design and usability.
  • Expertise in UX methodologies such as user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Proficiency in designing interfaces that optimize user workflows and efficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing examples of UX design work and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments is preferred.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $65. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
