This UX/UI Developer plays a critical role in developing and modifying user interfaces, with a keen understanding of end-user needs. This role involves close collaboration with business development teams and clients to deeply understand and address business challenges through user-centric design and technology.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with the business development team and customers early to gain a deep understanding of the customer’s business objectives and challenges.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to assess design feasibility within time and cost constraints.
- Coordinate software system installations, ensuring equipment functions according to specifications.
- Design, develop, and modify software systems, employing scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure the impact of designs.
- Determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications, layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications based on analysis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software design and development.
- Professional experience in UI development, with a portfolio demonstrating skills.
- Expertise in data-driven UI development.
- Strong communication abilities, adept in conveying complex technical concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to identify and address challenges creatively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in UX/UI development.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $49.83 to $55.37 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
