Job Description
I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a web application and an Android app with a central focus on measuring land area using GPS coordinates.
– The primary function of the app is to measure land areas. Therefore, the ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of how to implement accurate measurements using GPS data and solid coding expertise.
– It is crucial that the app can perform offline GPS tracking. Not relying on an active network for tracking will ensure the app is useful in a range of environments and locations.
– The second feature I need is the capacity to measure distances between specific points. Users should be able to input multiple points and receive accurate, real-time distance metrics.
– Lastly, the ability to export data to files is important. The data collected needs to be usable and accessible outside the app, promoting data transfer and sharing across different platforms.
Skills required for this project include experience in Android app development, understanding of GPS technology, experience in creating offline tracking and data export features. Responsiveness and attention to detail will also be key qualities for successful project completion.
