Looking for a capable web designer and flask developer to build a website in collaboration with us. The developer should be able to correspond with us to complete the following tasks.

Task 1: Build a website for a tech startup to be linked to a domain hosted on GoDaddy. The homepage should contain basic information about the company and link to 2 other pages: an about page and a product page. The product page should contain a link to a page which provides document translation services.

Task 2: Flask application to provide document translation services through Microsoft Azure. The page should have an upload facility for users to upload a word or pdf file. This page should be linked to a payment gateway and provide options. The payment should be based on the page or word count (this is left to the developer's discretion based on what is feasible). The document should then be passed to Azure blob storage and translated using the azure AI translation service.
