This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days per week being worked onsite at our client’s Vienna, VA headquarters location

Description:

To assist in the development and maintenance of clientโ€™s digital content strategy on web and mobile channels. Knowledge of Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, taxonomy, digital asset management, content management systems (CMS), search engine optimization (SEO) and online/digital metrics using industry best practices. Implement and monitor clientโ€™s online and digital properties for usability, relevance, and member engagement in support of the corporate marketing plan and brand. Collaborate with Marketing and Digital staff and other internal business units/vendors to ensure timely/accurate implementation of digital content enhancements/requirements to support business needs and member experience.

 

Responsibilities:

– Knowledge of Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, taxonomy, digital asset management, content management systems (CMS), search engine optimization (SEO) and online/digital metrics using industry best practices.

– Analyze and report testing and optimization results, content initiative results and make recommendations for future redesigns and testing, and campaigns and projects

โ€ข Author, QA and publish content within Adobe Experience Manager to support Marketing & Business initiatives

โ€ข Analyze and report testing and optimization results, content initiative results and make recommendations for future redesigns and testing, and campaigns and projects

โ€ข Create, edit, test, optimize and evaluate digital experiences

โ€ข Collaborate with the User Experience (UX) and Digital teams as content management lead for new feature creation

โ€ข Conduct content audits across channels to support business needs and identify deviations from approved content strategy and recommend corrective action

โ€ข Partner in the create, maintenance, and execution of the digital content calendar

โ€ข Develop/recommend changes to improve usability of digital content , functionality, interactivity, and usability of site(s) to management

โ€ข Serve as expert in Mobile content management, providing training and creating documentation as needed to assist other content contributors

โ€ข Represent Web & Content Strategy team at meetings with business units and other Marketing teams

โ€ข Review all content and digital/online properties to ensure compliance with corporate brand standards, marketing style guides, and legal requirements

โ€ข Track/coordinate implementation of digital content enhancements/development and ensure deadlines are met

โ€ข Work with internal content authors and designers to ensure content meet digital best practices

โ€ข Performs other duties as appropriate

 

Qualifications:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s Degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience

โ€ข Effective verbal and written communications skills

โ€ข Experience in content delivery, management, retrieval systems and production for high traffic websites (Adobe Experience Manager)

โ€ข Experience in translating complex concepts, customer needs, motivations and behaviors into easy-to-understand interactive experiences and deliverables

โ€ข Experience in using web analytics software (Adobe Analytics)

โ€ข Knowledge in interactive usability best practices and concepts

โ€ข Knowledge of interactive design and information architecture related to content strategy

โ€ข Knowledge of SEO strategy as applied to content

โ€ข Maintain current knowledge of digital and online technologies, best practices, trends, issues, editing and authoring tools

โ€ข Managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals

โ€ข Organizational, planning and time management skills

โ€ข Skill influencing and building consensus with business partners

โ€ข Skill navigating multiple screens and PC applications and adapting to new technologies

โ€ข Desired – Familiarity with using web analytics software (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)

โ€ข Desired – HTML skills, including knowledge of CSS, JavaScript

โ€ข Desired – Experience in various content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager preferred)

โ€ข Desired – Knowledge of the financial services environment and Navy Federal’s functions, policies, procedures, products, and services

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $46.45 to $51.61 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
