I need a process for data collection from a website form. The form will be filled with delivery information and personal details including location. Following this, the user will select approximately 200 items from 16 offering categories.
Key components:
– Form data collection: I need data extracted from person filling out the form, including their location and delivery options.
– Items selection: The form to be filled will contain approximately 200 choices across 16 categories.
– Data organization: The collected data should be well-organized in an Excel or PDF format. It should be based on categories and item names.
– Quantity details: The form data should have details of individual quantities of selected items.
