I am looking for a developer to create a robust mass messenger tool that targets both Android and Web platforms focused on sending out messages on Whatsapp to a list of my contacts that I select. This tool is indispensable for my business communications, aiming to streamline our outreach efforts efficiently. Here's what I'm specifically looking for:
We are looking for someone who has already created a similar product for Whatsapp or for other social media, and can use that product / their source code as a starting point to build on. This should have a restriction built in only allowing people to message people who are already in their contact book and that they know to prevent spamming.
