Job Description

I'm looking for an experienced developer to build a chatbot for WhatsApp. A successful candidate should understand how to make a bot that accomplishes three core tasks:

1. Customer Support: The chatbot should be able to handle basic customer service queries.

2. Sales and Marketing: It should also promote our products and services.

3. Order Placement: It should accept and process customer orders.

The ideal chatbot will respond in three potential ways:

1. Pre-defined Messages: It should be able to send pre-made responses to common queries.

2. Interactive Menus: It should be able to guide users through various menus to assist them better.

3. Automated Actions: It should carry out automated actions based on specific inputs.

Proven experience in chatbot development is a must, particularly if you have previously worked on WhatsApp chatbots. Knowledge of customer service transactions and order management will be highly beneficial.
