I am looking for a proficient developer to create a task and incident management system within a WordPress environment. The system needs to streamline operations and enhance user engagement by ensuring efficient handling of tasks and incidents. Here’s a breakdown of what I need:
**Customization Capabilities:**
– **Custom Fields:** Incorporate text fields and dropdown menus to capture necessary task-specific information.
– **Custom Permissions:** Enable permission customization, allowing for granular control over user activities. Users should be able to create, assign, edit, close, and delete tickets based on their roles.
**Functional Requirements:**
– **Category Customization:** Utilize different categories for tasks and incidents, with the ability to customize categories using custom fields and permissions.
– **Ticket Assignment:** Tickets should be assignable to different users, fostering collaboration and accountability.
– **Alerts and Notifications:** The system must automatically send alerts to users upon ticket assignment, status changes, or milestones reached.
– **Reporting:** Implement simple reporting functionalities to track and analyze ticket progression, resolution times, and user performance.
**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
– Proficient in WordPress development, ideally with experience in creating custom plugins or themes.
