**We are seeking W2, authrorized candidates who can be in-office in Culver City, CA, as needed, for team meetings.** 

We are seeking a Writer for Customer Journeys for our large Fortune 100 client. In this Consultant role, you will be part of their Human Interface Design team, which includes media products, creator tools, cloud and commerce services, and productivity apps. Writers on this team work on feature development and future designs through the lens of language. Specifically, you will write messaging that drives acquisition, engagement, and retention within their products’ customer journeys.

What You Will Do:

  • As a writer working on Customer Journeys your area of focus will center on the following …
  • Writing and iterating messages that inform and delight customers, helping them develop deeper relationships with what the company does.
  • Seeing individual communications as instances within a broader picture, and figuring out where they can develop repeatability or customized messaging.
  • Being able to create a range of testable instances of messages and infer the difference between them to get better results.
  • Upholding the principles of transparency, privacy, and trust while supporting business objectives.
  • Working on a high volume of campaign-level and feature-specific messages at once.
  • Spending time with QA, Legal, and Localization teams to ensure content appears accurately for every audience.
  • Addressing feedback and improving content performance and customer experience.

What You Will Bring

  •  A passion for user-focused B2C product experiences.
  •  6+ years of experience using language to drive measurable action within product design and marketing environments.
  •  Experience growing user engagement through a polished combination of intuition, experimentation, and iteration.
  •  Experience crafting messages for all aspects of subscription-based products, including marketing, education, sign-up flows, payment methods, cancellation, and re-engagement.
  •  An understanding of copy’s role within cross-functional projects. Good at balancing the demands of different stakeholders.
  • An interest in proposing what’s right only after exploring why everything else might be wrong.
  • The ability to develop well-informed points of view, while remaining open to adjustments based on input from others.
  • The ability to write from scratch, edit existing copy, and think beyond the written word with input from multiple team members.
  • An inexhaustible attention to detail.
  • Should enjoy contributing to and implementing style guides.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $75 to $87 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
