Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Marketers on WebloadedSolutions.com

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between WebloadedSolutions.com (Webloaded Solutions Pvt Ltd) and affiliate marketers who participate in the WebloadedSolutions.com affiliate program. By participating in the Program, Affiliates agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Overview:

1.1 The Program allows Affiliates to advertise their affiliate links and earn a commission for successful sign-ups to the membership on WebloadedSolutions.com.
1.2 The commission per successful sign-up is $0.25 USD unless otherwise specified in writing by the Company.
1.3 The Program operates on a performance-based model, and commissions are only earned when a user signs up for a membership account through an Affiliate’s unique affiliate link.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities:

2.1 Affiliates must apply to join the Program and be approved by the Company. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.
2.2 Affiliates must accurately provide all requested information during the application process.
2.3 Affiliates are responsible for creating and maintaining their own advertising materials, including banners, text links, and other promotional content. These materials must comply with applicable laws and regulations and should not infringe upon any intellectual property rights.
2.4 Affiliates should only use ethical marketing practices when promoting WebloadedSolutions.com, avoiding any form of spamming, misleading information, or fraudulent activities.

3. Commissions and Payments:

3.1 Commissions are earned only when a user signs up for a membership through an Affiliate’s unique affiliate link and successfully completes the sign up process.
3.2 The Company will track and record all qualified sign-ups and calculate the commissions owed to Affiliates.
3.3 Commissions will be paid out on a regular basis, as determined by the Company. The minimum payout threshold is $50.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions if it suspects fraudulent activity, misuse of the Program, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Reporting and Tracking:

4.1 The Company will provide Affiliates with access to a tracking system that allows them to monitor their referral activity and earnings.
4.2 The tracking system will provide real-time data on sign-ups, conversions, and commissions earned.
4.3 The Company’s tracking system is the sole determinant of whether a referral is successful and eligible for commission.
4.4 The cookie’s duration is 180 days which may be modified anytime at the Company’s discretion.

5. Termination:

5.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.
5.2 In the event of termination, all outstanding commissions earned by the Affiliate will be paid out according to the regular payment schedule, provided the commissions exceed the minimum payout threshold.

6. Intellectual Property:

6.1 Affiliates acknowledge that all intellectual property rights related to WebloadedSolutions.com, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material, are the exclusive property of the Company.
6.2 Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Company’s intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting WebloadedSolutions.com in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6.3 Affiliates may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7.1 The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Program or these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 The Company’s total liability under this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the total commissions earned by the Affiliate in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Modification:

8.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.

8.2 Affiliates will be notified of any material changes to these Terms and Conditions, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with the updated terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

By participating in the Program, Affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of an Affiliate’s participation in the Program and the forfeiture of any earned commissions.
